Motions:

 1.  Moved Joe DuFort second Helen Mudd to pay monthly bills as listed AP checks #31322 thru #31396 and    payroll checks #31275 thru #31364 totaling $29,683.30.  Passed  

 2.  Moved Barbara Radosa second Helen Mudd to accept Ordiance 2014 to amend zoning ordiance 2000. Passed

 3.  Moved Joe DuFort second Al Tew to accept Ordiance 2015 to amend zoning ordiance 2000. Passed

4.  Moved John Stern second Russ Varner to send board and planning commission to MTA Ed conference in Lansing Jan 27th to 29th. Passed

5.  Moved Barbara Radosa second Al Tew to accept resolution, requesting assistance for bonding from county as amended. Passed

6.  Moved Barbara Radosa second Al Tew to accept resolution approving Midland County Water Supply (Township of Homer) System #1 extension No 2 contract. Passed

7.      Moved Helen Mudd second Stern to set special meeting Oct 7th for resolution 4# for water district #6 and #7 to set public hearing. Passed

8.      Moved Helen Mudd second Joe DuFort to send trustees to seminar in Augusta Mi. Passed

9.      Moved Joe DuFort second Tom Pritchard to pay certificate #8 for water district #3 and #4. Passed

 

 

Comments

The public made comments to the board on the Pinecrest Jail site.

Mark Norton from Wade Trim made comments to the public on the old and new water projects.
